12 characters* 0-9 a-f invt.io Analytics and Performance and Persistent Cookie - deleted 72 days after last access and contains no personal data.

These cookies are used to store the last advocate link someone clicked on. Only one cookie will be stored per event (e.g. if someone clicks on 2 advocate links for the same event, only the last is present)
gln_ids Your website Analytics and Performance and Persistent Cookie – These cookies represent which Gleanin link the visitor clicked on and is used to measure the results of links shared via our advocacy tools.
* We assign a unique 12 character identifier to each of our clients' events. We use this identifier as the name for the cookie related to that event.

Does Gleanin use cookies to track me around the internet or for advertising?

No, Gleanin cookies are used to track the performance of our advocate links shared via our tools. They are only ever used in the context of a specific event.

Does Gleanin use third party cookies?

Gleanin does not use Third-party cookies other than for logged in client users. Clients accessing their billing/account pages receive a Chargbee cookie (see table above).

Consent and legal basis

We only use non-essential cookies with your consent, where required by applicable law, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie settings or browser preferences, however, you accept that if you do so, you may not be able to use Gleanin's services.

Our product, Gleanin, is provided as a service to event organisers and used on their marketing and registration websites. How long do you retain cookies?

We retain cookies only for as long as necessary to fulfil their purpose.
